Yukibana ゆきばな at Shook! presents the best of Hokkaido with authentic Japanese recipes from its sister restaurant, Yukibana at Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Japan. Savour Hokkaido’s natural bounty of land and sea through the seasons with finely crafted sushi, teppanyaki and tempura where each creation tells of a compelling story that celebrates Hokkaido’s culinary heritage.

Shook! at The Starhill Dining continues to bring to you its signature and distinctive flavours ranging from Western, Malay, Thai and Japanese curated by Master Chef Mo and his team of Tastemakers.

Indulge in an eclectic selection of all-time favourites featuring Summer Truffle & White Anchovy Pizza, House-Made Honeycomb Cannelloni Trio, Baby Calamari Pad Kra Pao, Teppan Chicken and more.

Priced at RM45 per dish including a soup of the day and a locally-inspired panna cotta.
